Popular Nigerian singer and entertainer, Wizkid, has shared an update that took a swipe at Nigerian pastors,


The singer took to Twitter to state that he is yet to see pastors who would heal people from coronavirus.


The singer made this known to his over 6 million Twitter followers.


Wizkid says he would love to see pastors go into the isolation centers and heal infected patients.

“I never see any naija pastor go isolation heal anybody from covid lol,” he tweeted.

Southern Leaders Slam N50bn Suit Against Buhari, Allege Marginalization Of Region

Sixteen elder statesmen and leaders of socio-cultural groups in the southern region of Nigeria, on Monday, dragged President Muhammadu Buhari before the Federal High Court in Abuja, alleging that most appointments since the inception of his administration in 2015 were in breach of the 1999 Constitution and the Federal Character Principle. The plaintiffs, led by Chief Edwin Clark, Chief Reuben Fasoranti, Dr John Nnia Nwodo, Dr Pogu Bittus, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, Alaowei Bozimo, Mrs Sarah Doketri, Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife and Air Commodore Idongsit Nkanga, alleged that the Southern region had been deliberately marginalized by the President Buhari-led government. COVID-19: Nigerian govt gives updates on lockdown

The Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 on Monday, said it would continue to monitor developments nationwide in order to take informed decisions by the end of June, on the second phase of the lockdown. Boss Mustapha, the chairman of PTF on COVID-19 and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), said this at the daily press briefing on Monday in Abuja.
